Christos is an associate director at Oaklins Sweden. He leads the firm’s consumer M&A efforts in Sweden, with a strong focus on design and lifestyle brands. Notable deals he has advised on include Sandvik’s acquisition of Portugal-based Frezite, the sale of 365zon to Soltech, the sale of Westmatic to Lagercrantz Group, the sale of Skelia to Nortal, the sale of Kungshusen Medicinska to Diploma PLC, the sale of Riada to Eficode and the sale of Väsby Läkargrupp to Doktor.se.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2020, Christos worked as an analyst on both public and private M&A transactions at Handelsbanken Capital Markets. He also has previous M&A advisory experience from Lincoln International. Christos has a BSc in Business and Economics, with a major in corporate finance, from Lund University and the University of St. Gallen.
