Antonnia is an associate at Axia, Oaklins’ member firm in Colombia. She is part of the origination and execution team for M&A and capital raising across multiple industries. Her responsibilities include creating pitch materials, performing market research, preparing transaction documentation and producing financial models. Antonnia has over two years of experience in private equity and M&A, having previously worked in a residential private debt fund. Transactions she has participated in include the sale of a frozen fruit company, debt structuring and the acquisitions of two household products firms.

Antonnia obtained her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, USA, majoring in economics and political science and minoring in finance.
