Ben is an associate director in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on numerous transactions across various sectors, with a particular specialism in consumer. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of Doff Portland to Pelsis and Travelopia’s events business to Keith Prowse.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Ben worked in the M&A team at FRP Advisory for four years and before that worked in the financial diligence team at Grant Thornton. Ben graduated from the University of Bristol in 2013 with a BSc in Economics & Accounting and completed his ACA chartered accountancy qualification in 2017 while working at Ernst & Young LLP (EY).
