BoardWare Intelligence Technology Ltd. has completed a global offering of 125,000,000 shares at HK$1.08 per share.
BoardWare Intelligence is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of computer system design services. The company operates its business through three segments. The professional information technology (IT) services segment provides data networking, system infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise-grade system integration and other IT services. The managed services segment offers the monitoring and managing of customers’ systems and infrastructure and provides localized cybersecurity services. The IT maintenance and consultancy services segment provides IT system maintenance, IT consulting and other services.
Oaklins’ team in Hong Kong acted as the sole sponsor of BoardWare Intelligence Technology Ltd.
