Amifood has been acquired by Theo Coertjens International

The private shareholders of Amifood have sold their company to Theo Coertjens International, backed by Robur Capital.

Amifood is a well-established company specialized in the production of diversified ready-to-eat food products, particularly offering prepared meals, pasta sauces, vegetables puree and soups​. It markets nearly 60 products mainly under private label to the main retailers in Belgium. Furthermore, the company is responsible for the entire process, from recipe development to production, packaging and delivery​.

Theo Coertjens International is a leading Belgian company active in canned meat for the horeca, catering and distribution industry in Belgium and several other European countries.
