Hong Kong-based Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) has acquired Chung Hing Engineers Limited from Nice Centre Limited, an investment holding company. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Chung Hing Engineers Limited is a market leader in critical facilities contracting and services in the region and is well respected for the quality of its projects and services.
JEC is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group and provides products and sourcing, engineering contracting and technical services for power and energy, transport and logistics, environmental infrastructure, and a full range of building applications including commercial, industrial and residential. Leveraging on Chung Hing Engineers' in-depth sector knowledge and capabilities, together with JEC's expertise and scale, the strategic investment creates a solid foundation for both parties to further expand in this growing market.
