德国杜斯曼集团将中国子公司售予中信资本
德国杜斯曼集团（Dussmann Group）近日实现区域战略布局的转型，将其中国子公司杜斯曼楼宇服务上海有限公司和嘉捷香港有限公司售予中信资本。
杜斯曼楼宇服务上海有限公司总部位于上海，专注于在中国大陆提供设施管理（FM）和综合设施管理（IFM）服务。嘉捷香港有限公司在中国香港地区提供设施管理服务已有23年之久，并于2017年开始提供综合设施管理服务。
中信资本是一家中国的私募股权公司，通过100多个基金管理着超过260余亿美元的资产。
德国杜斯曼集团在全球拥有66,000余名员工，业务遍布17个国家，是全球最大的私营多服务供应商之一。其服务包括设施管理、楼宇技术服务和设备维护、老年人护理、公司内部儿童保育、媒体零售等。
厚瓴中国团队在本次交易中全程为卖方提供咨询服务：准备推介及交易相关文件并建立虚拟资料室，搜寻并与潜在买方沟通，提供估值建议，协助管理层会议，支持尽职调查，并谈判股权转让协议中的关键条款。厚瓴德国团队也参与了本项目早期与卖方的沟通。
