The shareholders of Skytec Rentals have sold the company to Simplex Equipment Rental.

With a robust presence in the industry, Simplex operates through a network of 34 branches and 11 mechanical shops, and has a dedicated workforce exceeding 500 employees, serving the regions of Quebec and Ontario.
