Millennium Metals, Inc. has been acquired by OmniMax International, LLC. Millennium Metals is a manufacturer of metal roofing, steel and aluminum edgings, ventilation and accessory products for residential and commercial roofing applications. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, the company operates from a 111,150 square meter facility and offers a full line of metal accessories and complete metal roofing systems for the roofing distribution, lumber yard and agricultural markets. Millenium Metals services a regional customer base with a strong geographic presence in Florida and the broader Southeast USA.
