OrangeField Group has acquired 100% shareholding of ICS Trust (Asia) Limited, an award-winning private Hong Kong-based corporate, trust and commercial services company providing integrated business solutions for corporations as a gateway to the Chinese market. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

ICS Trust (Asia) Limited provides customized strategic business and personal solutions, minimizing the risk and maximizing the success of its clients' investments in Asia, China and internationally.
