Robin is a manager at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in the Czech Republic. He has experience in buy- and sell-side M&A mandates and equity capital market transactions for both domestic and international clients in sectors such as retail, consumer discretionary, energy and utilities. He has been involved in notable transactions, including the sale of FAST Group, a leading Central European consumer electronics and home appliances wholesaler and retailer, to a consortium consisting of EC Investments, PPF and Rockaway Capital; the sale of GoOut, a full-service ticketing, marketing and event management platform, to Piletilevi Group of Estonia; two consecutive ABB placements of Colt CZ Group shares, a leading European premium brand producer of firearms for military, law enforcement and civilian use, on the Prague Stock Exchange; the IPO of Pilulka Group, the number one pharmacy e-shop in the home delivery segment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, on the MTF market of the Prague Stock Exchange; and a Series A capital raising for Snuggs, a dynamic young brand of high-quality period underwear, lingerie and intimate care for women, part of WOOD & Co.’s venture capital portfolio.

Robin joined the firm in 2019 after earning his master’s in finance from IE Business School in Madrid. He previously worked in management consulting at Roland Berger and in transaction advisory at PwC.
