Beatrice is a senior associate at Oaklins Switzerland. She has worked on several sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in different industries, and has valuable experience in financial analysis, valuations and financial modeling. Key clients she has advised include Global IT, Straumann, Capsa, Offix and Landis+Gyr.

Prior to joining Oaklins Switzerland in 2019, Beatrice worked at Hitz & Partner Corporate Finance AG on a number of M&A projects. During her studies, she worked as a scientific assistant at ETH Zurich. She has an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich.
