Mark is a director at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has over 25 years’ corporate finance experience in advising clients, mainly privately-owned SMEs and other businesses on both sell-side and buy-side assignments. He has extensive experience in M&A projects including acquisitions, disposals and fundraising, acting for clients across the UK and has undertaken a number of cross-border assignments. Notable M&A deals include the disposal of Horwood Homewares to Indian conglomerate TTK Prestige (consumer retail), fundraising development capital for London Biggin Hill Airport and the disposal of T Brewer to UK consolidator Grafton Group (building materials).

Mark is a chartered accountant and member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
