Christian is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the healthcare and consumer & retail teams. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials. His most recent transactions include the sale of Paaschburg & Wunderlich to the Belgian wholesaler Bihr and the sale of SCHRAMM Werkstätten to the Spanish Flex Bedding Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Christian worked in a corporate finance advisory firm in Cologne, where he contributed to various M&A transactions in the healthcare and automotive sectors and gained experience in corporate financing, particularly in convertible bonds. He also worked for several years in the automotive and education fields in Germany and China. He has a master’s in finance from the Antwerp Management School.
