Alizée is an associate at Oaklins France. She supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions she has been involved in include advising Prevost Laboratory Concept’s teams and their shareholders, the private equity firm IDI, in the buy-out of Creapharm Cosmetics, a reference brand in the manufacture of hot-casting cosmetics and sun protection products; the sale of Maître Pierre, well known for its traditional tarte flambée or flammekueche; the sale of PEC Paysage, a specialist in the creation, layout and maintenance of green urban areas; and the sale of Oxstal, one of the leaders in premium eco-friendly packaging distribution.

Alizée joined Oaklins in 2020 as an intern after completing internships as an M&A analyst at NFinance and as a financial auditor at Deloitte France. She has a master’s in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
