Matt Rosenthal

Matt is an associate director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. His sector focus includes industrials and business services, specifically working with manufacturing, distribution and B2B service companies. Notable deals he has advised on include the sale of LindFast Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Harbour Group, to Nautic Partners; the sale of AAMP Global, a portfolio company of Audax Group, to The Halifax Group; and the sale of Hancock Concrete, a division of Superior Industries, to Oldcastle Infrastructure, a subsidiary of CRH.

Matt joined the firm in 2021. Prior to this, he worked in the diversified industrials & service M&A group at Piper Sandler and commercial & industrials M&A group at Truist. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and is a CFA charterholder.
