Ghislain is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. With over 10 years’ experience in investment banking, he has worked on deals in real estate, fintech, industrials, shipping, chemicals, healthcare and TMT. Recent transactions include advising Sibelco on the exit of a minority shareholder, Solvac on the partial demerger of Solvay and Syensqo, Ackermans & van Haaren and CFE on the spin-off and separate listing of DEME, as well as the public takeover bids on Exmar and Neways.

Ghislain joined Oaklins KBC Securities in 2021. Prior to this, he was a vice president in Berenberg’s Continental Europe investment banking franchise based in Frankfurt and at Crédit Agricole CIB as part of the global coverage and investment banking division. Ghislain has a master’s in applied economics and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from KULeuven.
