Leo is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions across various sectors. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of John Bell & Croyden to Bestway, William Morris to Design Eyewear and MailManager to Ideagen.

Prior to joining the firm, Leo spent three years in M&A advisory at Adam Street Advisers, working on a range of capital raise, acquisition and sale mandates in several industries. He graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Economics in 2018.
