David Ball

David is an associate director at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With over six years of M&A experience, he takes a lead advisory role on transactions and has completed deals across a range sectors and industries, with a particular interest in cyber security, SaaS and technology. Notable recent deals he has advised on include the sale of Fidus Information Security to Wavenet Group, the sale of Goddard Veterinary Group to VetPartners Limited and the sale of Armadillo to Chess ICT. Based in the Cambridge office, David is well connected in the local corporate finance community and has forged strong relationships in the regional lower mid-market.
 
Prior to joining the Oaklins team, David qualified as a chartered accountant at a leading Cambridge firm of accountants before joining the M&A team at boutique corporate finance advisors Ashcroft Partnership LLP in 2018.
