Antoine is an associate at Oaklins Canada, providing vital support to the investment banking team by conducting comprehensive company and industry research and preparing pitch books and presentations. He brings a solid foundation in accounting and operational finance. A recent transaction he was involved in was the sale of INNOTEX Inc., a leading manufacturer of turnout gear, to Clearspring Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Antoine held roles at Deloitte and in the finance department of TFI International, Canada’s largest transportation company. Notably, he also served as a board member for a non-profit organization dedicated to offering subsidized lodging for disabled individuals. Antoine has an accounting degree from Concordia University, has completed the CFA Level I and is a CPA.
