Ali is the corporate finance director at Atlas Capital, Oaklins’ member firm in Morocco. He has over nine years of experience in mid- to large-cap M&A and corporate finance advisory. His specialization lies in sell-side and buy-side deals, complemented by strong credentials in ECM and DCM transactions. Ali has successfully worked on various high-profile deals in the region across a diverse spectrum of industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector, including private healthcare, medical consumables and the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining Atlas Capital in 2024, Ali held managerial roles at BMCE Capital Conseil, the investment banking arm of Bank of Africa. He has a master’s in corporate finance from Audencia Nantes and another from ISCAE Casablanca.
