Julian is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has advised on a wide range of IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A transactions in the small- and mid-cap space, both on AIM and Main Market. Recent clients include Lok'nStore Self-Storage, Xeros Technology Group and Belvoir Group.

Julian has been in corporate broking for 25 years. He joined Oaklins Cavendish in 2013 after 17 years with Peel Hunt.
