Lillian is a managing director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York and is a key member of Oaklins’ TMT team. She plays an essential role in coordinating global sell-side and buy-side transactions across various TMT sectors, which include advertising & marketing services, education, digital media and technology & information services. She also excels in nurturing relationships with global partners. Her involvement in representative transactions include the sales of Network Media to Jellysmack, Navita to Enghouse Systems, Cronin to Horizon Group of North America, Harbor Picture Company to Publicis Groupe, Ad-Juster to Innotech and Wondersauce to Project: WorldWide. She also leads the firm’s technology initiatives. Her oversight of the firm’s technology standards and practices aligns with the latest industry trends and fosters an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Lillian was a proficient IT professional with expertise in database management, application development and project management. She has a BA in Education from Shanghai Normal University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport.
