Sander is an associate director at Oaklins Netherlands. He works across several sectors, with a focus on the HR industry. Sander has extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side assignments for family businesses, corporates and private equity firms. Notable transactions include the acquisition of the Dutch retail activities of Staples by KantoorExpert Group, the sale of KH Chemicals to Ravago, the sale of Alpine Hearing Protection to Vendis Capital, the acquisition of Staples Germany by Office Centre, the sale of Kalsbeek to Normec Group, the sale of Tandarts Today to Gilde Healthcare, the sale of NOMOBO to George P. Johnson, the sale of Total Design to M80 and the sale of HE Space to CS Group.

Sander has a master’s in business economics, with a specialization in finance, from the University of Amsterdam.
