Rudecindo is a partner at Columbus Investment Banking, Oaklins’ member firm in Argentina. He has worked in investment banking for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in real estate developments, new business development and private equity transactions. Recent transactions Rudecindo has advised on include Controladora Mabe’s acquisition of Alladio, the fairness opinion for Central Puerto and the debt restructuring for 360 Energy.

Prior to joining Columbus, Rudecindo was CEO of Takatuff Holdings in Dubai and Riyadh, one of the most prominent family offices in the Middle East, responsible for real estate developments worth approximately US$900 million, new business development, and the financing and origination of private equity transactions. Before this, he worked at Citibank in Buenos Aires and New York in the corporate and investment bank area.
