Eurocapital S.A. has successfully completed the placement of commercial paper in the local market.

Eurocapital provides financial products and services. It offers national and international factoring, leasing, confirming and credit products and services for the working capital needs of small and medium-sized companies. Eurocapital was founded in 1998 and is based in Las Condes, Chile.

Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as the sole financial advisor to Eurocapital in the placement of commercial paper in the local market for a total amount of US$63.7 million.
