Virginia Pugliese

Analyst

Virginia is an analyst in Oaklins Italy’s M&A team. With a focus on the food & beverage and chemicals industries, she supports clients throughout the M&A process by preparing documents, business plans, financial models, valuations and industry analysis.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Virginia worked at UBS Italy in the tax team. She has a master’s degree in accounting and finance, with a specialization in corporate finance, from LUISS Guido Carli. During her undergraduate studies, she spent six months in Lisbon studying finance.
