Francisco is an associate at Axia Oaklins’ member firm in Colombia. He supports the team in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, capital raisings and debt restructurings, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of one of Colombia’s most important football teams, the sale of a leading services provider to the utilities industry and the merger between two leading financial institutions.

Francisco has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (cum laude) from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia.
