Tom Egan

Manager

Tom is a manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Based in the London office, his role includes preparing sales materials and pitch documents, undertaking financial modeling and analysis, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. Tom has worked on a variety of deals in edtech, engineering consultancy and construction, as well as a TICC deal he worked on from start to completion within six months of joining Oaklins.

Tom qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021 before joining the M&A team at Quantuma, a specialist mid-market advisor, where he worked for two years on both sell-side engagements and buy-side due diligence assignments, gaining exposure to transactions in a wide range of sectors, including insurance, mining, healthcare, electronics and logistics, with typical deal values ranging from US$5 million to US$50 million. Tom graduated from the University of Leeds with honors in economics.
