Ghislain de Feydeau

Ghislain is a director at Oaklins France and leads Oaklins’ paint team. With over 15 years’ experience in mid-market M&A and a track record of more than 30 deals, he has particular expertise in the manufacturing sector, having advised on deals such as the disposal of Prochimir to Arkema, the disposal of PMS to the Netherlands-based group Unitex, the disposal of Oré Peinture to the Danish private equity-owned group Geveko, the minority LBO of Actéo Group supported by GENEO Capital Entrepreneur and Bpifrance, and the acquisition of AB Process by the private equity fund Cerea Capital.

Prior to joining Oaklins France in 2019, Ghislain was an M&A senior manager at Mazars for seven years. Before that, he was an M&A associate at Athema, a French M&A advisory firm specialized in mid-cap transactions. Ghislain is an ESC Amiens graduate and has a degree in economics and finance.
