El Lugar Resort ha conseguido recursos para financiar la construcción y desarrollo del hotel

El Lugar Resort ha recaudado US$15 millones para financiar la construcción y desarrollo del hotel. La financiación se dio a través de un préstamo senior respaldado por los activos del proyecto, sin recurso a su patrocinador.

El Lugar será un eco-resort, ubicado en Sarapiquí, Costa Rica, a dos horas de San José, en las llanuras del norte. Los terrenos se caracterizan por tener 1,200 hectáreas y estar ubicados a los lados del río Puerto Viejo. El resort se posicionará como natural, sostenible y lujoso.

Los equipos de Oaklins en Colombia e Irlanda actuaron como los asesores exclusivos en esta transacción.
