Nicholas is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with four years of experience in a variety of financial advisory deal types, specifically in public and private M&A and ECM. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of Payconiq International to EPI, the sale of Engie’s dark fiber activity to euNetworks, the Series A fundraise for PanTera, the sale of Den Berk Délice to Egeria and the public takeover bid of Saverex on Exmar.

Nicholas joined the corporate finance department in 2021 after completing a successful internship. He has a master’s in business engineering, with a major in financial engineering, from the University of Antwerp. He also has a postgraduate qualification in finance & securities from EHSAL Management School.
