Lloyd is a senior analyst in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side, buy-side and debt raising mandates across numerous sectors, but has typically focused on technology and financial services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Lloyd worked for Gambit Corporate Finance for two years. He graduated from Swansea University in 2021 with a BSc in Accounting & Finance and completed his certificate from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) in 2023.
