Sébastien is a managing partner at Oaklins E. Canada and leads Oaklins’ rail rolling stock team. He has more than 20 years of experience in debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. His key areas of expertise are in the food & beverage, consumer & retail, TMT and manufacturing sectors. High-profile clients he has advised include Boudrias Horticole in its sale to Fulcrum Capital Partners, ImportFab, Stageline, Cad Railway Industries, Groupe St-Hubert, HydroSolution and Première Moisson. He has also worked on buy-side mandates for companies in different, highly specialized sectors, such as in the railway industry and the food and consumer products segments.

Before joining the team, Sébastien was a director with PwC Corporate Finance, where he structured and closed numerous mid-market transactions. He also worked in the structured finance department of Hydro-Quebec, a government-owned utility in the energy sector. Sébastien has a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a qualified CPA, CA and CF.
