Matej is a senior manager at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in Slovakia. He is a seasoned M&A advisor whose experience spans both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across Europe. With expertise in energy, financials, TMT and real estate, his clients include Eterus Capital, SPP, Partners Group, JESS, and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
 
Matej joined WOOD & Co. in 2016 after roles at Alliance Bernstein and Enel. He has degrees from Comenius University in Bratislava and Imperial College London.
