SRKF has acquired BETAMONT s.r.o.
The public-private equity fund SRKF has acquired a minority shareholding in BETAMONT s.r.o. from ŽELSYS a.s. Financial details have not been disclosed.
BETAMONT s.r.o. is a Slovak production and constructing company focusing its activities in the area of railway and road transport. The company also provides reconstructions and maintenance services, applying the newest technical and utility trends.
ŽELSYS a.s. is the specialized technological assembly company, acting above all in the transport construction and telecommunications areas. They are a member of Slovak Castor & Pollux Group. The company participates in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects for railways, roads and highways, airports, industry parks and telecommunications.
