Piotr Pregowski

Piotr is a director at Poland Corporate Finance, an Oaklins member firm. He rejoined the company nine years after leaving it to work for a family business. Some notable transactions Piotr has been recently involved in include the sale of the Polish-owned cosmetics e-commerce business Cocolita.pl to Burda International and an acquisition by R22, a Warsaw Stock Exchange quoted company, of the Czech-based ProfiSMS.

Prior to rejoining the team, Piotr gained first-hand experience in managerial roles in the construction and road maintenance industry, which led to the sale of the companies he was involved in, and then in tourism management and e-commerce startups. He has a master’s in international business management from the Kozminski Academy and the University of Bradford.
