Viliam Behran

Senior Associate

Viliam is a senior associate at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in Slovakia. With six years of experience in M&A, he has been involved in numerous transactions and advisory mandates across a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, waste management, manufacturing and telecommunications. Recently, Viliam has been increasingly involved in private equity add-on acquisitions for KOSIT, actively managing and executing key aspects of the transaction process.

Viliam has a master’s in finance from Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Middlesex University London. He has also successfully passed Level I of the CFA Program.
