François Xavier Dessioux

François Xavier is a partner at SOCIOS, Oaklins’ member firm in Spain, and is head of the firm’s financial analysis department. Recent transactions he has led include Cafento’s acquisition of Java Republic (Ireland); Accelya management’s reinvestment in the company as part of its successive acquisitions by Warburg Pincus and Vista Equity Partners; and the disposal of Gestair to GPF Capital.

A French national, François joined the firm in 2003 having previously worked for Hawkpoint Partners in London between 1999 and 2003 and Societex in Paris in 1999. He has a master’s degree from the Emlyon corporate finance program and a degree from Bordeaux Graduate Business School.
