ESS EDV-Software-Service AG has been acquired by Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG

Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the Haufe Group, has acquired 100% of ESS EDV-Software Services AG, the second largest software provider of ERP software solutions for rthe eal estate industry in Germany, for an undisclosed consideration.

ESS EDV-Software Services AG has seven offices in Germany and a development site in Romania.

With this strategic acquisition, Haufe-Lexware significantly strengthens its offer for the target group of medium and large companies in the real estate administration industry. The e-business company is building its strong position in the property industry.

Oaklins' team in Germany advised the seller during the process and was able to build up an international auction process.
