Leïla Djebli

Leïla is a director at Oaklins France. With five years’ experience in M&A, she has worked on several transactions as a sector generalist, but particularly in consumer goods and services, e-commerce, food & beverage, leisure, real estate and retail. Notable deals she has advised on include BlueGem Capital Partners’ acquisition of Big Fernand, the sale of Rapid Pare-Brise to Les Mousquetaires, Naturex’s acquisition of Swedish Oat Fiber and the sale of L’Atelier d’Amaya to Vendis Capital.

Prior to joining Oaklins France in 2014, Leïla worked at Natixis Private Equity as an analyst. She started her career as a consultant in asset management with EY in Paris. Leïla has a master’s in corporate finance from Neoma Business School.
