Andrei Lepiavka

Managing Partner

Andrei is a managing partner at ZIMMA Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Mexico. With more than 10 years of investment banking experience, he has advised leading Mexican companies in the healthcare, financial, chemical, transportation and airline industries. Notable transactions include the sale of Manufacturera de Papel Bidasoa, the divestment of AB InBev’s sugar-related assets in Central America and the cross-border acquisition advisory of Mexican tooling companies for one of the largest European engineering groups.

Andrei joined ZIMMA in 2016. Previously, he worked in financial planning and analysis for Johnson & Johnson in Mexico and New York, focusing on new partnerships with other pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment banking and principal investment teams, concentrating on capital raising efforts through structured notes for private equity firms, debt raising for transnational companies and debt restructuring deals. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business.
