Petróleos del Perú (Petroperú S.A.) has received strategic advice on the development of a corporate restructuring plan.

Founded in 1969, Petroperú is a Peruvian state-owned and private company engaged in the transportation, refining, distribution and marketing of fuels and other petroleum products. Its main activity is petroleum refining, with primary fuel distribution in the country.
