US-based Viad Corp has acquired N200 Limited, N200 Holding B.V. and its affiliates (together "N200”) from the private shareholders. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Viad Corp provides high-quality, place-based marketing services in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United Arab Emirates, as well as travel and recreation services in the United States and Canada. The company operates its business through two groups: Marketing & Events and Travel & Recreation. The Marketing & Events group specializes in all aspects of the design, planning and production of face-to-face events, immersive environments and brand-based experiences, including show organizers, corporate brand marketers and retail shopping centers. This business group is represented by Global Experience Specialists (GES), the leading provider of services to the worldwide exhibition, events, congress and conference industries. GES is also the acquiring entity of N200. The Travel & Recreation group offers tourism products and experiential services, including world-class attractions, hotel & concession operations, transportation services and package tour operations.
N200 is a leading event registration, ticketing and data intelligence firm in the European exhibition industry with offices in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The company transformed from a traditional registration company to a "Software-as-a-Service" (SaaS) company with a global reach. Its Visit software is used in over 44 countries to welcome, track and engage over 2.8 million visitors and more than 500,000 exhibitors.
Oaklins' team in the Netherlands, together with Oaklins' media specialist team in New York, acted as Viad’s exclusive M&A advisors on the acquisition of the share capital of N200.
