Sarasota Magazine has been acquired by Sagacity Media
Gulfshore Media LLC has sold Sarasota Magazine to Sagacity Media for an undisclosed consideration.
Sarasota Magazine, founded by Dan Denton, is a premier, award-winning magazine in Southwest Florida.
SagaCity Media is the Oregon-based publisher of leading city/regional magazines in Portland, Seattle and Houston. It first launched Portland Monthly in 2003 and has since bought or launched its way across the country. The company also has titles in Seattle, Houston, Aspen, Vail and Park City.
Gulfshore Media LLC was formed by Dan Denton, as part of the acquisition of Sarasota and Gulfshore Life magazines from CurtCo Publishing.
Oaklins' media specialist team in New York advised on the sale of Saratoga Magazine to Sagacity Media.
