iStrategyLabs has been acquired by J.Walter Thompson Company (WPP)
The private shareholders of iStrategy Labs, LLC (ISL) have sold the company to J. Walter Thomson Company, a subsidiary of WPP Group. Financial details have not been disclosed.
ISL is one of the leading independent full service digital agencies in the USA, having won Ad Age Small Agency of the Year in 2014 and 2016. ISL provides first class online-plus-offline marketing for brands through four key areas of expertise: social, experiential, design & development and hardware & innovation. ISL has been the face behind unique digital and physical experiences for world’s best known brands, including NBCUniversal, Kroger, and Nickelodeon.
J. Walter Thompson Company is an international advertising agency headquartered in New York. It has more than 200 offices in over 90 countries. With a network of nearly 10,000 marketers, it has an influential presence in the global advertising sector. As the fourth-largest agency network in the world, J. Walter Thompson is one of the key subsidiaries of the WPP Group.
