The shareholders of Harrison Group LLC have sold the company to YouGov plc. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Harrison Group LLC is a leading marketing and strategic research consulting firm headquartered in Waterbury, Connecticut. It offers brand equity and positioning direction, opportunity assessment, market structure and segmentation, concept screening and volumetric evaluation, product/pricing optimization and syndicated research services. Combined with YouGov's existing US operations, the acquisition will double the scale of the US business and create a strong platform for future growth.
YouGov plc (Symbol: LSE: YOU, Stock Market: London Stock Exchange) is a global market leader in survey and market research, political polling, panel management, research operations and business consulting.
