Associate

Pedro is an associate at Olimpia Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in Brazil. With over 10 years of experience in finance, he works closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisory and financings across various industries. Together with the supporting team, he helps to facilitate transactions through market research, buyer list generation, valuations, pitch design and the production of client documentation. A recent transaction he was involved in was the sale of Navita, a provider of SaaS-based enterprise mobility management solutions (EMM) and telecom expense management (TEM), to Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), a Canadian publicly traded company that provides vertically focused enterprise software solutions focusing on contact centers, video communications, healthcare, telecommunications, public safety and the transit market.

Prior to joining Olimpia Partners, Pedro had over seven years of auditing and consulting experience working with large companies across Latin America, with exposure to a variety of industries. He has a degree in business administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS) and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. Pedro is a FINRA-registered investment banking representative in the US.
