Associate

Aditya is an associate at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. As a member of the transaction support team, he assists ongoing transactions through market research, buyer list origination, valuations, pitch design and the completion of client documentation. He has extensive experience in software, digital media, advertising and marketing technology. This includes supporting diverse clients—from founders, strategics and financial sponsors investing and exiting at various stages—on buy-side and sell-side engagements. Select recent financial sponsor clients include Apollo, BC Partners and GTCR. Select recent strategic clients include AppLovin and Yahoo.

Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Aditya spent time at LUMA Partners and Omnicom Group in New York. He has a BBA from Emory University, with a concentration in finance and a double major in economics.
