PME African Infrastructure Opps has agreed to extend a put option to sell assets valued at US$4.3 million
PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc has agreed an extension of a put option via its wholly owned subsidiary PME Locomotives (Mauritius) Limited, to require Sheltam (Mauritus) Limited to purchase any one more of the three C30 locomotives still owned by PME Locomotives. The option is valued at US$4.3 million.
PME African Infrastructure Opportunities, based in the UK, is an investor in infrastructure projects across sub-Saharan Africa, listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as Nominated Advisor (Nomad) to PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc on the transaction and on an ongoing basis.
